The proposal is for a new high quality Student Accommodation development comprising of Studio and Cluster bedrooms along with communal facilities at ground floor and associated external landscaping.
The site is located on the periphery of York City Centre in an area known a Layerthorpe, a former village to the east of the city centre within the Guildhall Ward.
