Design.

Danehurst is very excited to bring forward plans this new, purpose-built student accommodation for up to 155 students in Edinburgh. As with other developments, the emphasis will be on providing a high-quality ‘home away from home’  accommodation supported by generous shared social spaces. The building will have shared social spaces, but also provide quiet areas for studying in groups or individually, and a large, fully equipped gym. Uniquely for a student development in the centre of Edinburgh, there will large, attractively landscaped gardens areas around the building. Taking advantage of sustainable technologies, this development will be carbon free and BREEAM ‘Excellent’.

A full planning application was submitted to City of Edinburgh Council on the 18th May 2023 and approved in September 2023.
