Danehurst is very excited to bring forward The Pepper Mill, a new, purpose-built student accommodation for 155 students in Edinburgh opening September 2025. As with our other developments, we emphasise providing a high-quality ‘home away from home’ accommodation supported by generous shared social spaces.
The building will offer a wide variety of shared social spaces, but also provide quiet areas for studying in groups or individually, and a large, fully equipped gym. Uniquely for a student development in the centre of Edinburgh, there will be large, attractively landscaped gardens areas around the building.
Taking advantage of sustainable technologies, the accommodation is carbon free, BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WiredScore Platinum.
We are now in the finishing stages of the works and we can’t wait to open our doors to students moving in from September 6th.
