Danehurst is very excited to bring forward The Pepper Mill, a new, purpose-built student accommodation for 155 students in Edinburgh that opened September 2025. As with our other developments, we emphasise providing a high-quality ‘home away from home’ accommodation supported by generous shared social spaces.
The building offers a wide variety of shared social spaces, whilst also providing quiet areas for studying in groups or individually, and a large, fully equipped gym. Uniquely for a student development in the centre of Edinburgh, there is a large, attractively landscaped gardens areas around the building.
Taking advantage of sustainable technologies, the accommodation is carbon free, BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WiredScore Platinum.
